As unbelievable as is seems our three serving officers scored a hole in one all within a two week time frame. President Paudie Scanlon had a hole in one at the 11th (a par3 153 mtrs) followed a week later by the Lady Captain Aileen Ryan another hole in one at the 2nd (par3 159 mtrs) and to complete the trilogy Men’s Captain Denis Crowley did likewise at the 8th (par3 143 mtrs). This remarkable chain of events will be savoured and reflected upon for many years to come at the club. Well done to all.
